  Fabulous weekend away. Awesome people. Very enjoyable time away. Great Holiday idea. Two story Houseboat. With a spa on board out on the deck. Was a little bit chilly in June to get in but some of the brave enjoyed their time in there eating strawberry & drinking sparkling wine. Great experience. Have already booked again for next year. Good & clean when we got on & we got back late as we got stuck but the staff were quite helpful to assist us to disembark.

  The people were fantastic at the start - wish the boat had been the same. Unforgettable 3 was not a luxury boat. It was shabby - furniture chipped, and tatty,curtains were filthy and didn't work, the bar fridge didn't work, lights didn't work and the spa was plugged in with a cord stretching across the floor - bubbles were achieved by plugging in another plug - which was dangerous when you consider we had three kids on board with us. The engines were misaligned. And in the rain it leaked. When we commented on the state of the boat we were told that it was due for refurbishment at some stage... not a very helpful answer. And when I emailed them about the state of the boat afterwards - I received no answer. Incidentally the boat was going out again that afternoon - so no time to do any necessary repairs. We booked directly through them and the service there was fantastic - really amazing. Just wish the boat had lived up to the same standard.

  Poor service, boats dirty. Complaint raised, no response from owners. Boats poorly heated, bathrooms had mould and very unclean. Never go back.

  Have booked twice with Unforgettable and had wonderful experiences both times. Looking forward to doing it again. The boats are comfortable and a pleasure to be on. The cliffs of the Murray are spectacular. Truly an unforgettable experience.

  Fantastic experience, exceptional customer service, and definitely an unforgettable experience. The staff went completely above and beyond to ensure we were happy and resolve any issues. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the boat. It was an experience that we didn't expect to be as amazing as it was... and hope to one day get the opportunity to do it again. After going with Unforgettable Houseboats we would not go with any other provider as the service and quality were exceptional.
